Client Support Specialist
Dreyer Wealth Management is looking for a full time Client Support Specialist to join our team. The Client Support Specialist will act as a liaison between the financial advisors, clients, and investment companies. Ideal candidates should be resourceful, work well in a team, have a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask. The essential functions of this position are to provide support and to ensure efficient operation in the office.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Strong customer service focus, diligently organized, and highly flexible, with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently to achieve results while collaborating with a team to address client needs.
- Willingness to shift focus, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain patience and good judgment in serving clients and resolving issues.
- Must manage highly confidential information with professionalism and unquestionable integrity.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer skills - ability to operate within an electronic and paperless workflow.
- Financial literacy, knowledge of common investment concepts and solutions is a plus, but not required.
- Insurance and/or securities licensing a plus, but not required.
Position Responsibilities
Client Support Specialist functions as the professional face of the office during official business hours. As such, the Client Support Specialist has the following responsibilities:
- Support client-facing project work, scheduling calls and meetings, meeting materials, run reports, filing, and email communications.
- Perform general office administrative duties such as faxing, copying, scanning, shredding, phone reception, etc. Greet visitors effectively. Answer incoming calls & emails promptly and determine appropriate response.
- Provide in-depth administration of client servicing responsibilities.
- Miscellaneous client/office services projects as assigned.
- Maintain an excellent level of organization and communication in all areas.
- Ensure office and compliance procedures are followed.
- Maintains reception area and conference rooms and keeps these areas tidy.
- Other tasks as needed.
Competitive base pay commensurate with experience. Additional consideration for bonuses based on performance and company profitability.
