Cydney is the firm’s Director of Operations, supporting both the team and clients by ensuring a smooth, organized, and enjoyable experience. She is dedicated to continuous improvement and fostering a warm, client-centered environment.
Outside of work, Cydney enjoys caring for her houseplants and garden, trying new recipes in the kitchen, and spending time outdoors—whether through weekend adventures, time in nature, or walks through one of Appleton’s many parks. She’s happiest ending the day with her husband, Nick, sharing a good meal or relaxing at home with their pets.
